Matthew 10:28 (NLT)
28 “Don’t be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot touch your soul. Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
Jesus was telling the disciples not to fear those who threatened them or even want to kill them. All things about this physical world are temporary. Don’t fear the temporary. Be more concerned about what God thinks.
Eternity is what matters. Everything else:
