Jesus Said – Make Peace! – This #lovefirst soundbite is part of Jesus’ teaching about anger in what’s called the Sermon on the Mount. Reading from:
Matthew 5:23-24 (NLT) 23 “So if you are presenting a sacrifice at the altar in the Temple and you suddenly remember that someone has something against you, 24 leave your sacrifice there at the altar. Go and be reconciled to that person. Then come and offer your sacrifice to God.
Before we give to God, Jesus said to reconcile with others. When we treat someone wrong we should make peace with who we can. Then we can give to God the right way!
